But when Ty walks into her bar, both lives are instantly changed.

Ty Wallace loves his life. How could he not? HeÆs a powerful human lawyer by day and the Magic Council’s rogue witch hunter by night. But after he agrees to substitute on his secretaryÆs dart team, all hell breaks loose. Now Ty has to help Parris admit who she is before her long-lost relatives kill her.
A Lyrical Press Paranormal Romance

This was a very quick read. I knocked it out in one day, no problem. It was a nice little escape from the world and since it was in once of my favorite genres, of course I enjoyed it. This was a nice setup for the next one as well. (That review will come later.) I was intrigued by the introduction and was interested to know more about the world that this author was setting up. I liked the hero and heroine’s instant connection. Their personalities are a little different than your basic paranormal hero and heroine, so I liked getting to feel the chemistry between them. It felt really unique. The ending does leave you wanting more, so be prepared to read the next one. It’s not a story you’re going to be able to be done with after just reading this. You won’t be satisfied. This is quite a unique paranormal world and I loved how much everyday stuff there was to deal with. I always enjoy when the magical and normal worlds collide. If you’re an urban fantasy fan, go ahead and give this a try. 🙂
